GRO Collective was founded on the belief that sustainable growth requires more than isolated solutions. Through our experiences working with individuals, businesses, and organisations, we recognised the need for a more integrated approach to growth and development.
Learning, professional development, personal growth, and growth pathways are often approached independently, despite their interconnected role in shaping individual and organisational success. We believe that meaningful growth happens when these areas work together—combining knowledge, practical skills, creative thinking, and new perspectives to help people navigate change, make informed decisions, and pursue opportunities with confidence.

Meet Our Founders
Dilshan C. Fernando
Founder
Dilshan C. Fernando is a paralegal, facilitator, educator, and life coach with experience in learning, people development, and mentoring MSMEs from business formalisation through to sustainable growth.
At GRO Collective, he works across business formalisation and development, organisational advisory, learning and educational programmes, coaching, and facilitation. His approach focuses on building capabilities, challenging limiting mindsets, navigating change, and supporting individuals and organisations in establishing strong foundations for continued growth.
Erushmie (Eru) Karunaratne
Co-Founder
Erushmie (Eru) Karunaratne is an art therapy practitioner, designer, and children’s illustrator with a focus on creative strategies to learning, personal development, and inclusive spaces.
At GRO Collective, she contributes to the design and development of creative experiences, programmes, and solutions for individuals and organisations, drawing on art, storytelling, and adaptive approaches to encourage learning, creative problem-solving, and meaningful engagement while recognising diverse needs, perspectives, and strengths.
